The City of Tenino Public Works Department is responsible for the municipal services that provide:
- Domestic water supply and distribution
- Sewer collection and wastewater treatment
- Stormwater control
- Street repairs
- Minor engineering
- Landscaping
- General maintenance
These services provide the framework upon which a community is built.

City of Tenino is accepting applications to fill a full time Maintenance Worker position. This position is open until filled. This position has a benefits package that includes Medical, dental and vision insurance. In addition, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday, and personnel time off days are included.
