The Tenino Municipal Court adjudicates all civil and criminal violations of the city charter and city ordinances for the City of Tenino. The court consists of a part-time Judge, a Court Administrator, and one Court Clerk. All work closely with the City of Tenino Police Department and all other legal departments.
Court Hearings
We hold criminal court once a month on a Tuesday (usually the third Tuesday of the month) and infraction court on the same day (infractions in the morning and criminal in the afternoon.) The dates are subject to change, so please call prior to departing for court.
In the event you cannot make your scheduled Court Date, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Only the judge can grant a continuance, but if you at least call us in advance, it goes a long way with the judge.
