Building permits are required unless the task to be performed is exempt. For a list of exemptions, please review this portion of the Tenino Municipal Code.
- Applications for Building Permits may be mailed, turned into City Hall or emailed to: rdurand [at] cityoftenino.org. The application must be accompanied by a check or cash in the amount prescribed by the current Consolidated Fee Schedule.
- Once received, the Building Official will review the application and will inform the applicant of any remaining requirements and costs associated with them. No permits will be issued prior to the payment of all applicable fees and charges.
