Facade Improvement Grant
The Facade Improvement Grant is an incentive program to encourage businesses of Tenino's Historic District to keep their storefronts looking their best. The grant requires matching 2:1 funding but will reimburse businesses up to $1,000 of their expense. So, a $3,000 project may at the end of the day only cost $2,000. Up to $5,000 in reimbursements go out annually. If you are interested in applying, please see supporting documents for an application.
The Tenino Eagles Building, The Columbia Building, The Antique Mall, The Sandstone Cafe & Mall, The Old Tenino Bank, The Kodiak Room (Campbell & Campbell Building) are examples of past Facade Grant recipients.
