City Historian

Tenino has a long and illustrious history since the founding of the town in 1873. 

The current City Historian, Rich Edwards, is a lifetime member of the South Thurston Historical Society and volunteers at the Tenino Depot Museum. He has a bachelor's degree cum laude in History from Washington State University and a Master of Librarianship degree from the University of Washington. He is also a member of the Washington State Historical Society and an author.
