Our new playground features quality play structures by Kompan. These toys have something for all ages! Tenino City Park also features three Pump tracks with three levels of difficulty.

Whether you’re looking for quiet contemplation and relaxation or fun and exercise, we’re pleased to be able to offer residents and visitors a great place to bring your family. We know you’ll enjoy our trails, bike paths, greens, and sidewalks throughout our city park.

Park Development

A well-managed park system supports the quality of life we have grown accustomed to and appreciate in Tenino. We know that the continued development of our park is important to the people as well as to the infrastructure of our city.

The development of a Park Master Plan began as a vision statement in the city's comprehensive plan. The City of Tenino Planning Commission, along with citizens and city staff, developed the comprehensive plan. The plan contains goals and policies that guide the City of Tenino in its actions and decisions.

The current plan was drafted by the City of Tenino Park Commission and sent to the Tenino City Council in January 2016 and presented for public hearings in February 2016. This plan is intended to ensure that the city's park system and its management meet our future development needs.
